| Job Description: | SAP RMCA/FICA Support Candidate - Leading Brand in South East Our busy client is eager to add a talented and experienced SAP RMCA/FICO Support Candidate. This role is to maintain and enhance the SAP RMCA aspects of the ERP solution within the organisation. This is a specialist SAP Configuration role which is largely SAP-focused however, there is a requirement to engage with the business on new requirements and specify these for business sign-off. It is envisaged that the RMCA/FICA configuration will be carried out by the RMCA & Finance Support consultant. A key responsibility will be to train the offshore support team in RMCA in order to migrate 1st and 2nd level support, but to provide business support during the transition period. You will define business requirements for RMCA changes and translate these into functional specifications as well. It is expected that the RMCA & Finance Support Consultant will have RMCA and Finance knowledge and maintain awareness of SAP strategy and newer releases to determine upgrade roadmap. |
